Camp Workers

Keith Ledford grew up in a parsonage. His dad served as a pastor in southern West Virginia for over fifty years. Keith attended Bible college in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, where he met his wonderful wife, Linda. They have been married for forty-six years and have three children and five grandchildren. A trajectory of defeat and sin was intersected by the power of Jesus and transformed into a journey of joy and overcoming victory. Keith’s passion is to see others experience that same joy and victory. He has pastored for forty years and served on the general board of the ICHA for over thirty years, including as treasurer, vice-chairman, consultant, and editor of the Holiness Evangelist.

Duane Quesenberry was raised in a Tennessee pastor’s home. At the age of fifteen he was saved and the next year answered God’s call to preach. He married Valorie Bender in 1989. They have four children and two grandchildren. Duane graduated from God’s Bible School & College in 1994 and moved to his first pastorate in Alabama. Having pastored for one year at the age of nineteen, his pastoral ministry continued for twenty-eight years. In 2021 Duane and Valorie moved to Cincinnati to work for their alma mater. Duane serves as director of public relations and also travels in evangelism.

Blake Quales has been involved in ministry for over fourteen years, most often to youth in a variety of capacities. He and Shawna have been married for sixteen years and are blessed with six children. Blake served at Mount Calvary Wesleyan Methodist Church while earning a degree from Allegheny Wesleyan College. In 2015 he became a youth pastor in Pineville, Louisiana, working with unchurched youth. He also obtained his master of arts in teaching from Northwestern State University and worked as a state-certified middle school math teacher in two public schools. He moved to assistant professor of education at Louisiana Christian University in 2013, teaching undergraduate education majors. In 2024 God dramatically shifted his life by calling him to serve as dean of students at Allegheny Wesleyan College.

Don and Valerie Quales have been instructors at Allegheny Wesleyan College in Salem, Ohio, for the past twenty-three years. Don is currently the music and professional studies chair. They have been in Christian education for thirty-five years, including Penn View Bible Institute for nine years and Carolina Christian College and Academy for three years. They have ministered in music for camps and churches for forty years. Don and Valerie have three married children, son Blake and daughters Brittany Grabill and Brooke Waters. They are also happy grandparents to ten grandchildren.
